• Minimum 3 years professional experience
• Experience with Compaq, Dell, or HP workstations
• Experience with Compaq, Dell, or HP servers: configuration and support
• Experience with Windows 2003 Server, 2000 Server, NT Server, and Microsoft Exchange Server support, networking, and troubleshooting
• Experience with domain administration and configuration (DNS Server)
• Experience with user administration on multiple workgroups (30+ users)
• CCNE or MCSE certification preferred
• Strong communication and self-presentation skills
• Fluent Japanese and some English required
